About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Sharing the beauty of tea culture...empowering people through medicinal plants..connecting to the natural world

ABOUT ME

My loves;
tea, nature, heart-felt connections, solitude, dancing and singing, health, healing
I also like connecting with like-minded people; into finding a meaningful life, curious, open, positive, accepting, celebrating, seeing the beauty and humour in things.
Odd things I get a kick out of; handmade paper museums, outdoor sculpture parks, bare trees in winter. Clouds - I could watch the sky forever!

PHILOSOPHY

Everything happens for a reason. All people, all events are my teachers. Being open-hearted brings good things and people into my life. The more I trust, the more abundantly I receive what the universe has to offer.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I had a traveller stay on my couch a few years ago and he told me about CS. Last year I decided to give it a go in Taiwan. It was amazing! I have made some really close friends and met incredible people by both hosting and surfing. At times I am really humbled by people's hospitality in CS. I'm moving to a new city and want to host once I find somewhere to live. Can explore the city with my CSers!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I met a traveller in Italy and when he came to Australia I said he could stay for a week. We talked and talked about life etc and became really good friends.

So far I've surfed in Taiwan and Korea mostly, and had a few surfers stay at my place. I am so humbled by some hosts who have next to nothing, but are so happy to open their homes. Makes me re-think my life.
