About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Live Well

ABOUT ME

I rock, I have a myriad of interests, but right now I am kind of busy with my organic garden, work and my kids.

I have recently taken up exercising and have gone a bit off the deep end, did a 100 mile bike ride in April, a triathlon in June, a 5 k run in August, a 1/2 marathon in Sept, and another 1/2 marathon in October.

Oh yeah, If I fire up the woodfired clay oven you are in for some amazing pita, pizza and other breads. I actually know how to cook and can really impress people with good food.

PHILOSOPHY

Learn
take care of others
live well

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: Urban permaculture, Indian Cooking, Ninja Arts

I could teach you the "Ninja Mind Trick" Which is very similar to the "Jedi Mind Trick" except Ninjas don't use droids so we don't have to get them past stormtroopers, but Ninjas do need beer and the "Ninja Mind Trick" is a great way to get free beer.

Share: Cooking and Baking in a woodfired clay oven
Share: Food, one of the greatest binds in the fabric of society, sharing a meal.
