I'm from Bangladesh and although I have a deep desire for traveling, I couldn't do it because of family restrictions and study. Now that I'm done with my studies, I'm hoping to make my dreams of traveling come true. Since I'm an amateur when it comes to traveling, you can definitely assume that I have worries more than any another solo travelers. But I'm open minded and up for any new adventures that comes to my way so I'm hoping to have a great time while traveling.

PS: I have moved to China since September , 2018 for study purpose (!!!Again!!! I thought I was done with studying already ahahaha 😂) and since I live in a dorm, unfortunately I won't be able to host anyone.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love listening to music. I don't have any particular genre preference as it varies from time to time depending on my mood. But Pop is what Iisten to the most if I have to mention a specific genre. If I like a song, I can listen to it repeatedly until I get bored of it and also I can't help myself from learning the lyrics just to sing along when I'm listening to my favorite songs. So you can probably guess now that I love karaoke too! :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Decided to travel with standing tickets during Chinese New Year period when all the other tickets were sold out. The budget was low but the passion was sky high. Used couchsurfing and it's probably one of the best decisions I've ever made. I didn't let go of my desire to travel to know the unknown and see the unseen even though I had complicated issues and I'm forever grateful to my hosts who made my couchsurfing experiences memorable and made me feel at home. This trip taught me that if one has passion, deep desire and a strong willingness, one can overcome any obstacles and the world is full of amazing and kind people. Mutual trust can go a long way. :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I've been a teacher for the past 5 years. I can teach you English or Bengali. I can even help you with the basics of the languages that I'm studying. I'm a language enthusiast. I can also share my stories and general lifestyle in Bangladesh.
In return, you can teach me about your language and share your culture and norms. I am always up for learning and knowing the unknown. :)
