ABOUT ME

My name is Dominique, I'm 32 years old. I was born in a little village named Pichette in Reunion Island. I have a PhD in Computer Science but after working as an analyst-developer for 10 years, I decide to take some training in cooking. I am a Apprentice Chef for 2 years now. I am working to open my own restaurant this year. Maybe if you come, you can taste some of my future entrées or desserts :-)
