ABOUT ME

Travis works in television and radio broadcasting and is also very involved in the State Emergency Service and as the Captain of his Rural Fire Brigade.

Steph is a Radiation Therapist (radiation treatment for cancer patient's), I have lived in Australia since early 2007 after doing my OE (overseas experience) for a year living and working in England and Ireland and travelling in europe as well.

PHILOSOPHY

Try almost anything at least once - there has to be a reason why other people rave about it!!

Currently hosting couchsurfers and hopefully giving them a great experience.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We have had a couple of travellers stay and enjoyed the warm conversation and new friendships that they have brought.

Interests

Photography, travel and scuba diving/snorkling. Traivs loves motorbikes and firefighting. Steph loves animals and planning trips!!

Music, Movies, and Books

We have a varied taste in both music and movies and have a large DVD collection for couch surfing in less than ideal weather!! or just a relaxing night in.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Steph - Standing on the top of Snowdon (Wales) after a gruelling climb of 1038m. This was after being asked to go for a 'Sunday walk' by my friends when living in Liverpool UK - not something I ever would have thought of doing.
