About Me
Hi my name is Tristan and I've come to France because it's always been my dream to learn French.
I am hoping to pick it up relatively easily because I speak other latin languages... On verra!!!
I am planning on living in Montpellier or somewhere else in Southern France.
I am an English language teacher with over 10 years' experience. I am also a certified English-Spanish translator and am generally passionate about languages and education (amongst other things).
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have surfed with people in Colombia, Brasil and Costa Rica, it was always a fulfilling and enlightening experience and I hope through Couchsurfing I can make new friends in France.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I'm super proud of the education projects I created and ran whilst working in refugee settlement in Brisbane. I made lifelong friends and learnt so much from my students. It was very stressful and sometimes overwhelming - but I will cherish those memories for the rest of my life.
