Finish visiting all the US national parks in the lower 48

ABOUT ME

Love to travel and have various hobbies, including skiing and scuba diving. North America is a wonderful, big place to explore, but any chance to go overseas is priceless.
Visited all 50 of the United States and almost all the national parks. Been to nearly 70 countries and aiming for 100 before I retire and choose a place to call home.
Made a few stops in the middle east and fell in love with the food, language and landscape. Many more places to go.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Travel is important to create a sense of community throughout the world. We need to establish connections and appreciate other cultures. Couchsurfing is great because it brings people together to experience a city that can't be accomplished from a hotel room.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've stayed with several hosts in the US, Canada, Europe and surfed in Taiwan, Costa Rica and Oman. I love to see how people live in other parts of the world.

Interesses

Traveling of course! Love the outdoors, but appreciate good museums, local food, and beer. I want to take a year or two to travel across Africa. In the states, I live a nomadic lifestyle and camp out of my car.

I am expanding my knowledge and experience with traveling and can make recommendations. I'm up for board games etc. I'd rather not give money to a hotel and instead take my hosts out for a beer, meal or adventure of their choosing.
