We are Josh and Vivi, a married couple currently living in Falmouth, UK. I am 26 and from Falmouth and Josh is 33 and originally from California, but we met in Montréal where we both lived for several years.

We are both super into trying new foods and drinks, Josh is a chef and I am a baker so it’s definitely a big thing for us. We love to cook for people, swimming, beers in the park and exploring new places. We both have a thing for old buildings so a lot of our time travelling is looking for cool buildings.

We do Couchsurfing because we like to meet new people, but if you’re less sociable or just a bit busy we respect that!!

I’m trying to read a book from every country so right now my reading is very random. So far I’ve loved books by Yiyun Lee and Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie. Josh really likes Philip Kerr and Cormac McCarthey

We love stuff like CW Stoneking and Colter Wall but naming music you like is really, really hard and we like a little bit of everything!!

Josh is a super film person and loves watching/talking about films. I don’t really do tv but if I had to choose I love anything by Taika Waititi

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

We drove the circumference of the US in 2019, it took 3 months and we would do it again in a heartbeat.

It feels weird to describe amazing things because most of the best times we’ve had are times with random people we’ve met in random places
