San Diego is a magical place! You can find me catching a wave on my board, soaking up sunshine in the sand, or in the bay on a sailboat.

I love to travel as well as meet people from all over the world.

Some of my favorite countries are Colombia and France. I’ve been to both many times.

I love big cities and being around a ton of people. I explore San Diego like a tourist in my own city.

A pleasure of mine is cooking and I would enjoy to cook for you classic American recipes that I grew up with in exchange for yours😎

I’m a member of about 20 San Diego Museums, the zoo, etc and know them well. Depending on the venue you can get in for free or at a discount.

The best part of traveling is bonding with people from across the world. Strong, meaningful friendships can be formed quickly off the beaten path or as I call it “the river of travel”

I enjoy Non-Fiction books and autobiographies. I’ve read “You Are Here” by Thich Nhat Hanh many times and highly recommend it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I’ve scuba dived pirate-infested waters in Malaysia, danced salsa in Colombia & fetched morning baguettes in Paris.

Climbed an 18,000 ft Volcano in Mexico & hiked Salkantay Trek to Machu Picchu.

I drove around the entire island of Iceland, solo- photographing the northern lights. Wild horses in Patagonia whike visiting both the arctic and antartic! Places I’m looking forward to traveling are Rio, Prague, Hanoi, Budapest, Rome, Tokyo, etc

I’m a photographer. I enjoy poker, surfing, sailing and I can cook. I practice español and a little salsa.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I have a comfortable, clean and cozy home. I know the city well, as well as those must-try hole in the wall restaurants (pho? Thai? Some of my favorites!)
