HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love hosting folks. I've surfed a few times, too. It's all about meeting interesting folks. Everyone is a story.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have hosted travelers when I lived in China. Was graciously hosted when traveling in Bali. Great experiences each time. I look forward to my next home so I can host more people!

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: Most movies but horror films. I <3 Huckabees, Pi, Little Miss Sunshine, quirky, existential comedy, documentaries about nature and human potentials, smart action and adventure films. If it's done well, and can get me thinking or laughing, I'll probably want to watch it.

Music: Yes, please. With an extra helping of funk.

Books: Faves: Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy-or anything by Douglas Adams, Power V. Force, The Alchemist. I mostly read nonfiction, but I do love a good novel from time to time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Amazing: I keep breathing without even trying! It's like it's automatic or something. Whew!
Really, though, I volunteered at an arts summer camp for "troubled" youth one time, and it was a week long transcendent experience. Frickin' WOW!

I like heartfull things. I also do Reiki, and am happy to share energy work with folks. Love a good cocktail, wine, or beer, too.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love to share Reiki. I do treatments and teach. Reiki is the best thing I do, and the best thing I have to offer anyone who is open to it. Further, I just like to be real with real people.
