About Me

MISSION WITH A VISION

It's my current mission to attract and host couchsurfers with a sense of community. I have had the pleasure of meeting members who helped me to make my dreams come true. Really. I'm now interested in co-creating with other surfers on common interest projects. Please be sure to mention or ask about this in your request to me. It's essential that you do. Let's co-create together!

Make sure to read the My Home section of my profile before requesting because my current situation isn't going to be suitable for everyone.

I want to accept as many people as possible but unfortunately most people's requests get declined because they don't honour what I've written in this section.

ABOUT ME

I moved to Bari at the end of December 2023.

My dreams still keep me going. Music, Traveling, Meeting People, Friends and Family, Beaches, Art, Films, and Books are what keep me alive :D

I love having discussions with fellow travellers. I especially enjoy listening to the positive and uplifting stories of the travellers that pass by.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe in Music, the power of smiling, and always keeping an open mind. Everything happens for a reason. For example, when I wrote this about smiling years ago I had no idea I would be coming to the Land of Smiles itself. Developing myself in the areas of my life is a dedication of mine. Couchsurfing is one of those areas.

I have been reading the literature of making dreams come true. I am on my own journey to make my ultimate dreams become a reality. Producing music has been a great part of that push.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I surfed on the North American West Coast and Europe. Now I am enriching my CS experience with surfers in Asia.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I love the genuine people I meet through Couchsurfing. In my experience I've had nothing but authentic experiences with people. Surfing is more than just a place to stay. A hotel room can provide that. But CS offers much more than just a hotel room. There's an exchange, an impression. You see the reflection of where you are travelling on the face of your hosts and your guests. You see their way of life. You hear their stories. You are amazed by similarities. Couchsurfing has even allowed some dreams to come true! A hotel room just doesn't compare.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: Midnight in Paris, Vicky Cristina Barcelona, Fight Club, Requiem for a Dream, Full Metal Jacket, Pi, A Clockwork Orange, Eskiya, Gemide, City of God, just to name a few ( i've loved movies since i was a kid and have so many that i've liked over the years)

Music: progressive house, techno, grunge, old school hip hop, new york hip hop, jazz, blues, lounge and chill out, raggea, dancehall, world music samba and anything my heart and ear can agree on. I love to DJ. I have hosted radio programs in the past.

Books: Paulo Coelho's books have always inspired me to greater heights. The Alchemist and The Witch of Portobello specifically. I like the books of Joseph Campbell too!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Spending a week in Mugla and a year in Germany.
Made friends with tons of people from all around the World and performed dance performances while on exchange in Germany.

Upon visiting Penang, Malaysia by couchsurfing one time, I met another member and we worked on a dance activism project together. Here is the result: https://youtu.be/1VM_Upgbud8

Always open to further collaborations!

Teach, Learn, Share

I love learning and teaching languages. Open my mind on an area of your life -- it could be what you studied in university, what you like to do best or most often, your spiritual topics, your own outlook on sexuality and creativity and anything in between. I intend to teach, learn, and share positive vibrations.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my stories and experiences. I would love to share my knowledge of languages.

I offer Dream Raven Tarot card readings. What's your ultimate dream?
