I am quick to smile and always lookout for the upside of a situation. I am optimistic, hopeful, and fun-loving. I find ways to make everything more exciting and more vital. Currently, I am a graduate student studying finance who will be graduating next May. I enjoy exploring the outdoors and embracing life’s ups and downs.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I enjoy the challenge of meeting new people and derive satisfaction from breaking the ice and making a connection. Through my eyes, I don’t see strangers - only friends that I have yet to meet. Couchsurfing provides a venue through which I can explore the world and experience the local community.

Music, Movies, and Books

I appreciate all the beats of music, but my favorite tune tends to be electronic music. It energizes me and it makes me feel full of life. My favorite movie would be Life is Beautiful. It is a movie about falling in love. From this love, a child is born, and by telling stories, they protect their son from the nightmare that is World War II. I highly recommend it. There are many books that I enjoyed reading. Some of them are Kite Runner and the Blind Assassin. One describes a world that once existed, while the other tells a story through the different characters perspective.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In the near future, I will go skydiving. I fear being injured for life, so heights fall under that category.
