About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To get to know people, a place and myself

ABOUT ME

I love talking to people and learn about them, a place and the custom. I've always been attracted by English culture and fascinated by the difference between Easterners and Westerners. Living in a host family can make me delve into the life of the locals and get to know the people and the place. I have strong interest to learn and know things.
I am easy-going. I respect difference in each person and enjoy knowing the difference and improving myself. Almost anything can satisfy me if I could have a chance to stay at a host family.
I am an explorer. I came to England as a volunteer for one year so as to explore myself. Every new experience can bring me the new knowledge of myself. I am now working in Botton Village where volunteers live with people of learning disabilities. I have learnt a lot from all the people here and get to know myself more. I yearn to experience differnt things so as to make the best of my life.

PHILOSOPHY

All human beings can live in the world for once, which means we should fill our life with different experiences and make the best of it. This is also one of the reasons that I like travelling.
Respect ourselves and also others. Everyone is equal. I am quite impressed that people with learning difficulties are treated equally as families in Botton Village.
Love ourselves and be human. Work is important, but at the same time we should aslo give us some rest and rejuvenate ourselves.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I hope I could stay in a host family. If possible, I would like to participate in their life like chatting with them, having meals together and so on. It would be lovely if what I desire could be fulfilled, but I am very much aware that it depends on the host and I respect that.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

No yet. I am very much looking forward to having a couchsurfing experience. It sounds very exciting and fascinating to me! And I hope the host would enjoy to have me as surfer.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Volunteering as a young co-worker in Botton Village, Camphill Community is the most amazing thing that I have ever done. Here I have met a lot of people from a wide range of abilities and also nationalities. I am learning a lot and setting in the environment.

Teach, Learn, Share

The living customs of the host family and also of other locals;
the philosophy of the host (why do they want to be a host);
