ABOUT ME

I am an open person to know and share experiences with other people. Specially with people who search something new, or very old inside themselves... Is not easy to speak about yourself... and to be the most honest as possible... Than, i will tell few frases, that describe a period in which i am now: I am trying to understand a meaning in everything that happens to me in everyday life, so wonderful miracle that we are having like a gift!
More practicle info: I live in Barcelona, giving classes of Corean Martial Art: Sunmudo, which is based on yoga and inner work with energy.

I sometimes search places to stay in different cities, when im opening there grous or teaching new people. In exchange i can teach to the person who host me different exercises or techniques that will help in his or her life!!!
