Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing because being a solo traveller, I love the human contact with people when I’m travelling . I want to meet new people from all around the world, learn more about other cultures and different ways of living.

I think CS is a good way to have a real immersive and local experience. I don’t like to spend a lot of time in tourist attractions, I prefer to connect with people and live culture exchanges. It is the best way to travel in a foreign country.

- Sleeping in a traditionnal tent in the Wadi Rum desert with a bedoin family (that I met through CS)

- Hitchhiking alone in Oman (Omanis are the best, I never waited more than 5 minutes)

- Scuba diving in the Great Barrier Reef (surreal)

- Backpacking Palestine

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm always gratefull for what people do for me and I love to give back to others. One of my way to give back is to cook some reconforting meals for my hosts! 🍲
