About Me

I'm from Gran Canaria one of the beautiful seven Canary Islands here in Spain, but now I'm living in Granada as I'm studying social and cultural anthropology at its university.

CURRENT MISSION

To discover my own courage and develop as a person. I'm tryng to make an adventure out of my life.

I'd like to travel around the world to discover myself and study all the religions, belief systems, magic and the similarities between all our traditions. I want to live adventures and help as much as I can so my life would be the greatest story I know!

ABOUT ME

Courage is the virtue I respect the most in the world. I'm really into people with values as empathy, kindness, gentleness, generosity, loyalty to themselves...

I'm a really quiet girl, but I'm passionate at the same time. I love having a great and funny time with friends, but I'm not really into partying (at the disco, for example).

I neither drink nor smoke.

I love learning things. It doesn't matter what sort of things, knowledge is always good.

PHILOSOPHY

"An it harm none, do what thou wilt"

I think knowledge is wonderful, and I love sharing time with smart and wise people because I learn a lot from them, but at the end what I value the most is a golden heart.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment, I live with my family, so I haven't got a place where to host people (just really close friends), although I will love to in the future when I'll have my own house.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was at Paris at the beginning of June 2015 with two beautiful people and it was one of the best experiences in my short life. Really advisable if done properly!

Then I went to Toulouse and had an awesome week doing lots of new stuff, with a night on the capital itself.

By far, Glastonbury was the best. If you can meet Chris Davey there, you're blessed! Nicest person ever!

I also spent some days in both Bristol and Glastonbury itself again in May 2016. I had no place where to stay just a day before travelling and they gave me shelter really nicely and unecpectedly, but it saved me from getting a bad cold!

Interests

When I need a break I go to the forest, even at night. I feel such peace there... I love trees and natural spaces far away from the mundanal noise.

I've been trying to visit ancient sacred places in my last trips. They have a story and energy beyond measure.

I love reading and writing, but this year I've been very bussy at the uni to read anything good.

I practice meditation almost daily and I use to sing a lot a home and when I'm comfortable (unfortunately for the ones who hear me).

I do archery, but in Granada I haven't found a place where to do it yet. I love going to see starry skies.

My favorite animal is the deer, so if you get me to see one it would be amazing!

I'm really into stories, I love them all, but I prefer myths and legends (I love celtic and greek-roman myths, but I'm trying to learn nordic's and from other places too). I like to act in plays about them and learn the traditions, magic, religions and beliefs of every single culture in the world.

Music, Movies, and Books

I do love everything about fantasy and magic, althought I appreciatte any sort of good story. Teach me your country or cultural legends and I will be the happiest person in the world.

My favorite book series is "The Kingkiller Chronicles" by Patrick Rothfuss, though. I like classical literature too :)

I don't really have a good musical taste, so I'm open to hear options.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think that we should live our lifes in order that, at the end, it will be the best story we know.

I want to travel the world to achieve amazing chapters for my own personal book.

For now, the "wildest" thing I've done is to escape to Paris all alone in the middle of my finals just to find out if I do really have a bit of courage in my soul. And I have it. And it was the most beautiful thing I've done in a place full of gorgeous people that filled my soul unexpectedly.

Teach, Learn, Share

Well, I think that the best thing is to learn from others and they will learn about us in the most unexpected ways. We don't have to force it: if you have to learn something from me, you will.

I'm really open and often share many things with people with whom I feel comfortable with, like experiences, thoughts, feelings and ideals.

I like to see the good things in others and I usually feel good with honest and brave people who are not afraid of showing who they really are.

What I Can Share with Hosts

It looks like I'm selling myself, Gods... but if necessary...
I suppose I can teach you archery if possible. Mythology and legends, and fantasy stories I know well. Meditation and magic. The tales behind the constellations and the secrets that lies beneath nature (if only I knew more than just a tiny bit).

Well, I know lots of weird things that my memory refuses to forget, and not know much more. We can see what can we do.
