Milan, Paris, coast drive down to Gibraltar, Spain, Rome coast back to Milan to fly home.

ABOUT ME

Always a smile. Never grumpy. Look for the good in people. Chilled out. Walk away from drama and stress.
I have travelled Australia in a Landcruiser with my dog. Lived and worked in a very remote outback cattle station (750km to closest supermarket). Hand reared a donkey.
Worked with horses and dogs for many years. Travelled Europe for a few weeks, 10 years ago. USA a few years before that (hotelling). Absolutely loved Couchsurfing experience.
I'm an animal lover and really love to laugh. Embrace others cultures. I will always behave with respect.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I want to travel more. I can now. :)
I live in a cosy place and have an extra room and a comfy couch. Cool space. I figure if I share the space I have, others might share with me. What a fantastic idea this is.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Europe is amazing. So far my travel with couch surfing has been just wonderful.
Barcelona, Switzerland, Venice, Florence, Rome, Dubai. 2014.

Interests

Music. Used to play and sing, but lost a couple of fingers on my travels, so now I sing in the shower. Hard working, but don't live to work.
Spent most of my life raising my children (30 and 32) now I have some "me" time, 2yo granddaughter who I love to the moon and back.. Fantastic.

What I Can Share with Hosts

A safe place to rest or base yourself. I work from home as a dog groomer. I often have dogs staying and can’t get away for long, but will make time for Couchsurfing guests if I can. Generally have weekends free. Close to train station for you to venture into the city. (About 10 mins walk, 30 mins to central Brisbane city on train).
I can drive you around a bit, but really a safe place to crash and share your experiences.
