PHILOSOPHY

and I'm not talkin' about $$$. It is my philosophy for LIFE.... you can have really good times and some really bad times, you can have really good people or really bad people cross your path, and you can choose what you want to do about both. In the end it's how you handle LIFE that makes it all worth the effort.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Well, we never called it couch surfing but our home has been s CS site since the day we got married. Not just relatives. We have hosted French students from Brittany.
Our palette of friends is diverse. We embrace ethnicity
and love to learn other ways of life. I think we are fortunate to live and work in a community that is multi-cultural.

Interests

I work in the performing arts so that is my first love....and I am amazed when I realize that there are very few performers on my "bucket list" of who I'd like to see or meet. I have been fortunate to enjoy the best of the best, from international orchestras and ballet companies to solo performances and Broadway shows.
Nesting at home is a favorite thing as well as traveling at least two to three times a year (of course before the economy here!).

Music, Movies, and Books

Love Anne Rice books, as well as the teenage saga of Twilight. Loved "Lost Boys" movie...definitely have a thing for vampires but not the blood part. And music.... love funk, blues, techno....love it all but last year became addicted to "Citizen Cope." Check him out.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Snorkeling is the most amazing thing I've done....how sad is that? I'm not big on "physical" adventures unless you count my "spur of the moment ~ with no research" tattoo I got one night in the East Village of NY where EVERYONE was pierced or tattooed....seemed like a good idea at the time!!!!
