ABOUT ME

I am a retired school teacher and a civil servant. I have travelled to several places in my annual trips abroad including US, Spain, Portugal, Egypt, Italy Netherland, Belgium etc. I live a very simple life and prefer a vegetarian food if given preferrence. I swim regularly and was quite good at yoga exercises but unfortunately not any more. I live in a small flat in the South London suburb of Croydon. I am now sixty-five hence retired from my last birhday and just getting grip with the new phase of my life.

PHILOSOPHY

Live and let live. This world belongs to Krisna and I am just a passing through this time and space.

I spend my winter months in Goa, India. I can manage to spare a couch for anyone in Goa while I am there.

You may be able to share things with anybody and you can learn lots of things from others but always teaching someone is not as easy as it may sound.
