HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like to meet people from different cultures/countries. Currently I cannot host people, unfortunately. But I can meet :-)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

When I was 21 I joined "Interculture" (it was like couch-surfing but there was no internet) and travelled France and Italy. This was a great experience!

Until now I have always met very nice couch-surfing hosts while travelling.

Her, Lucy, Transcendence, Shutter Island, Inception, Hero, Crouching Tiger, Matrix, Die Wand, Bab Aziz, Beste Freunde, Sing your Song (Harry Belafonte), Buck - Der wahre Pferdflüsterer, Der Mongole, Black Swan. I love to go to cinema and it's impossible to list all the good movies( no mainstream stuff!!!) We have a nice intercultural cinema close where I live.

Music: Everything that is really good from classic to pop and worldmusic in general. Dire Straits, Eva Cassidy, Sting, Leonard Cohen, Flamenco, Acoustic and Electronic Guitar, Piano... and I used to sing and play guitar... one day I will do that again.

I learned a lot about healthy food and its preparation. But consider, that nowadays there are many healthy food philosophies. I tried some of them and now I am creating my own philosophy ;-)
Due to health issues I can share some experience about functional medicine and autoimmun deseases.

What I Can Share with Hosts

My experience with Qi Gong, Tao Yoga and other healing arts - for - healing is an art, not a profession. It takes place on many levels of your being.
