I have been an entrepreneur and am now a social entrepreneur. I am enriched with experience in the fields of public administration, civil society and education. I have a wealth of experiential knowledge in teaching, training, developing training curriculum, holding seminars, debates, capacity building, and social governance. I have coordinated and organized academic and cultural meetings in collaboration with other international NGOs.
I have strong organizational skills and a high level of work ethic and responsibility. I have the ability to work independently and with other people, even under pressure. I am capable of making prompt and accurate decisions and am willing to take on new and challenging tasks. I have good communication and facilitation skills and am self-motivated and trustworthy with a good command of written and spoken English.
I am Trainer and facilitator in Danish Nawin Educational Institute I work with educational learning centers and private and public schools, and I have developed the curriculum for and have held many workshops and seminars on the subjects of leadership, human rights, democracy, capacity building, skills training, peace, justice, and pedagogy in Afghanistan. I plan to explore ways to put democratic principles into practice through education in Afghanistan.
