Hola to everybody. First of all, thanks for taking the time to read my profile.
I am a Chef / Blogger from Lima, Peru; living in Stockholm since the 18th of January of 2015, being this one of my biggest dreams come true: to live in Europe and to be able to travel the world, meet amazing people and help those in need, because I strongly believe that we all deserve to be happy.

Currently, I am working as a chef at a very known restaurant in Stockholm. But my biggest hobby and passion is blogging about food, travels, lifestyle and altruism. This is what I want to do for the rest of my life, in general. So I am trying to figure out how to make this my actual job.

Because it's the best and coolest way to meet the locals and rapidly integrate with the community of the city/country one might be visiting.
Connecting with like-minded people is priceless, I believe, and makes the travel experience richer and more interesting.

Interesses

Well, my biggest passion is to eat amazing foods, discover restaurants, bars, eateries, new flavors and ingredients, cocktails and anything that relates to gastronomy and the restaurant and hotel industry.
I also love to cook for the people that I care about, and doing so is a great way to show them love and appreciation.

Taking photos, listening to music - I pretty much like every genre but my passions are Rock and Roll, Heavy Metal and Electronic Music, going to the movies, to the beach, playing soccer, thai boxing and talking for real about life while laughing and enjoying the time with friends.

I just love going to the movies, mentioning some of my favorites might be too long of a list, so I will randomly just say what pops into my head: Amadeus (about Mozart), Pulp Fiction, Dumb and Dumber, The Exorcist, The Omen, A Clockwork Orange, Be Cool, The Big Lebowski, Schindler's List, La Vita É Bella, El Hijo de la Novia and so many more.

Best book ever written by a Colombian author called Gabriel García Márquez: Cien Años de Soledad (a 100 years of loneliness). Absolutely amazing!!! I never thought that the Spanish language could reach such heights, I cried from the emotion of seeing that possible...

Uma Coisa Incrível que Eu Fiz

I have done many, probably the one that is changing my life the most is leaving everything behind in Perú and starting from zero here at Stockholm. I feel so proud of myself and I am just so happy to experience new things all the time and, like I said before, travel the world.

What I can teach you all I learned it from mom and dad. My dad always says "If you want it, you can do it". And my mom always shows her amazing love to me and to everybody that she cares about, she respects everybody for who they are.

I want to learn from everyone that I meet, I believe we all have something to teach to the world.

I just want to share my best vibes with everybody, I really and genuinely wish you all the best and I hope we can spend some awesome times that we will cherish for the rest of our lives.
Also, I invite you all to follow me on my blog. You will see that is pretty interesting and that my purpose is to actually travel the world, enjoy amazing times with fantastic people and also help out everywhere that is needed. Those are my goals.
