About Me

I'm a talkative traveler and a very open-minded guy. I was born in A Coruña, a beautiful city in the Atlantic Coast, and I've studied my grade of Linguistics and Classical Philology (Latin and Greek languages and literature) in Santiago de Compostela, one of the most incredible cities that I have ever seen!! I've spent a year in Bergamo (Italy) in Erasmus in order to finish my studies of comparative literature and become a real philologist, and another year in the amazing city of Sevilla, southern Spain, where I got myself a master degree in teaching Spanish as a second language. My goal in life is traveling around the world, getting to know new cultures and teaching mine. Intercultural exchange is for me one of the most beautiful things in the world!

During 2019-2020 I was living with my boyfriend Philip in Reggio di Calabria, Italy, where I worked on a Middle School as a Spanish conversation assistant. Working with kids is being an incredible experience, and I could spend hours talking about all the daily adventures that I live in my everyday life in this school. Afterwars we spent 3 months traveling around with the platform Workaway (look it up!) doing some volunteering work in farms. But now I'm back at my family's for spending the rest of the summer with them, so I won't be available until who-knows-when :(

I love learning languages, cooking, playing my left-handed guitar and always enjoying pleasant company. Traveling is my passion, and my goal is to visit as many countries as I can and trying to learn their languages.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite kind of music is the acoustic one: Matt Corby, Johnny Flynn, John Butler, The head and the heart... but I also like Florence and the Machine, Belle and Sebastian, Escuchando Elefantes (a GREAT Spanish group), Vance Joy...

I like most of the films: romantic, zombies, adventure ones... It's impossible for me to choose a favorite one!!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing that I've done (so far) it's traveling alone from Thessaloniki to Athens in April 2017 during 7 days, meeting incredible people and living beautiful experiences.

I have participated in a musical play a year ago, singing and dancing with many other great artists! Here you can see the Facebook page to take a look :) https://www.facebook.com/tresdiasdegalerna/?fref=ts
