What can we say? We love traveling :)

My name is Kasia. Beyond traveling I like to laugh, dancing, watching good movies and more than enything I love sun! My work is very important to me - I work with disabled children with autism and intellectual disabilities. It is very satisfying to me, although I don't make much money. But is it important? I find my wealth somewhere else - for example in love, laughter or in travel.

Together with my husband we travel around the corners of the world. We travel by hitch-hiking, bus, train, car or plane. We were among others in Georgia, Armenia, Scotland, England, Norway, Croatia, Montenegro, Italy, Spain, France, Portugal, Greece. Now we have an American dream :)

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

We traveling wherever and whenever we can. We love to meet other people and other culture. We heard about couchsurfing from our friends and found that this is perfect for us, becouse in this way we can meet interesting people on our journey and also we can help other travelers discover the world!

Whole lotta rock and roll! We like old and good classic rock, straight out, pure rock n' roll
inspired by blues and high-octane hard rock with charismatic vocal, great lyrics, wild riffs and spicy solos!

We read a lot! We have hundreds of books! But top of the top are Julio Cortazar, Kurt Vonnegut, Henry Miller, Jack Kerouac, Vargas Llosa, Haruki Murakami, Kafka, Roberto Bolańo, John Steinbeck, Fiodor Dostojewski, and the greatest Charles Bukowski!

We like deep films with wise message like "La grande bellezza" and "Le tout nouveau testament - Completely New Testament" - one of our favorites. The last one we saw were "American Honey" and "Silence" both brilliant.

But we also love classic movies like Star Wars, The Lord of the Rings or Titanic :)

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Łukasz - When I met my wife first time Iimmediately fell in love it was love at first sight.
It was not easy to get her but I fought hard and all I did was amazing because I did it for her. I came back to her from the end of the worldvand now we are almost ten years together and two years after the wedding. She is the best journey in my life!

Kasia - for shure being together with Łukasz for 10 years is the biggest adventure of my life. He is crazy :D He taught me how to look further and see more. We bathed naked in the lake in Croatia, we hitchhiked on a snow-covered mountain in Georgia, we danced and sang in the rain in Scotland, we have created a comic... A few crazy things :)
