Hello! I'm from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and I want to explore personally new cultures and ways of life – in a personal or general sense. It's almost magic to see the world in all these aspects, like music, politics, routine, etc. from the perspective of the people who live in distant places. There's no better way to grow up.

I'm hardworking, but not a workaholic. It's like a mix between necessity (to earn money T.T) and passion in what I do. I prefer mornings to nights: I feel more productive and full of energy in the mornings. But I'm flexible in this aspect, especially on travel, because nights can be really fun.

In my daily routine, I generally spend my free time with my wife doing motorcycle short trips, going to cafes, talking with friends, going to the gym, and watching movies on TV. We have a lovely dog and a cat.

For me, traveling is the best opportunity to enjoy life and leave behind the weight of routine. My interests are diverse because I easily get involved in new experiences with people that I like.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe that a respectful coexistence between individuals from different cultures or distant locations, even if brief, can positively change one's perspective on life.

I think that Couchsurfing can create wonderful environments for personal growth that hostels, hotels, and airbnbs can't provide in such intensity.

Let's sincerely acknowledge that Couchsurfing has become increasingly relevant due to the soaring prices of accommodations. Moreover, this platform not only provides an economical alternative, at least for me.

Music, Movies, and Books

I prefer rock'n'roll, especially hardcore, pop punk, and stoner rock like Green Day, Queens of The Stone Age, Royal Blood, etc. My favorite movies were made by the director Andrey Tarkovsky and David Cronenberg. I love to read classics of literature like Dostoievsky and Tolstoi.
