Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Estoy en couchsurfing porque en mi viaje al Perú, conocí una chica de new York que me habló de esta comunidad, la empecé a usar cuando regresé a Guatemala y es de verdad genial, la convivencia es la esencia de la vida, he viajado por otros países en América del sur.
Quise usar couchsurfing para compartir con los locales, pero al parecer la gente solo quiere alojar europeos porque los ven como una oportunidad para salir de América, de igual manera yo puedo cubrir mis gastos de hospedajes y comida, pero hubiera sido bonito compartir más de cerca con los locales y traer de vuelta a casa, de las mejores experiencias...

A place to stay a few nights, only if you have references from surfers, if you have references only as a host, probably you're just trying to save money and after your trip you'll be gone from the community of couchsurfing, which means you're not a true backpacker.
