I like challenges and having something to do. But I can also chill out and just chat. I'm not a hyper guy, but not quiet either, something in between I guess 😀

I like to work somehow, preferably on my own projects, then I can really get into the flow. I sometimes have a lot of interests and sometimes I get totally absorbed in one and forget everything else around me.

Besides that I love to try out new things and create videos around it. Of course I enjoy it without creating a video too! I do enjoy brainstorming a lot with people and any kind of creative work. I’m enjoying artsy stuff but I’m definitely not good at it 😀

I’m living in the Netherlands right now but I’m from Germany. Studying creative business and work on YouTube videos.

Sport is something I am always up to as well!
I’m working on my meditation skills right now, if you talented I would always highly appreciate some Tipps.

Oh yeah I like to be spontaneous, if u have an idea, let’s get right into it.🫶🏻

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am new here and would like to test how Couchsurfing works. I am often more interested in people in different cities than sightseeing. I find alternative ways of travelling and getting to know other people exciting. Because you never know what interesting perspectives you will get. I want to connect with you and have a good time. Sharing interests and discovering new ones probably sums it up best.

Oh and I'm not looking for dates or anything along those lines.

My favourite book is currently: Ikigai: The Japanese Secret to a Long and Happy Life, but unfortunately I've only listened to the audiobook so far, but it just inspired me so much and I definitely want to read it again soon.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I waver back and forth between two very exciting adventures on the question.
So I tell them both and try to keep it short.

My girlfriend and I once hitchhiked through Norway for 10 days and only slept in a tent. We slept on the beach and at various lakes. We travelled with grandmas, truck drivers, bus drivers and 13 other incredibly nice people and just had a wonderful time.

It was a bit more strenuous when we crossed the whole island in 7 days on Madeira. Once again, we only slept in a €30 tent and hiked for around 10 hours every day until we couldn't walk for another 7 days. I look back fondly on every hard and beautiful second.
-> Note: we barely planned and were not fully aware that we had to hike 10 hours every day)

Teach, Learn, Share

I teach other people from time to time in graphic design or video creation. Apart from that, I have the feeling that I still have a lot to learn myself and I have a strong desire to do so!
I'm very interested in different topics which sometimes makes it complicated, so I decided to test (or question) these things in self-experiments and upload them to YouTube.
I also have a great interest in alternative travel or travel challenges, new technology and especially watching football.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I would like to get to know couchsurfing and I am totally new to the platform. I've read a lot but I am even more open to everything that is waiting for me. I want to be a good guest and am mostly interested in you as a person. Show me what you do and what drives you. If you're sporty, then let's go, we'll start straight away. If you have other things you like to do, I'll be there and show me something new that inspires you. I like making videos, I show a few self-experiments on YouTube. A somewhat unusual hobby but if you want I can show you what I'm working on. I am not super talented but if you are not so picky we can cook together. Otherwise I'm a really good listener and attentive. I will treat your home with respect and leave it at least as clean as I found it. We can also just chat on the phone before we meet :)
